Who can sign up for this platform?
This platform is exclusively for Chartered Accountants (CAs) to manage their client practices. Your clients cannot sign up directly - you invite them to their secure client portal after you onboard them.
Is the first client really free forever?
Yes! Your first client is completely free with no time limit. You only start paying when you add your second client. This lets you thoroughly test the platform with a real client before committing.
How does billing work?
You're billed based on the number of active clients in your account (minus the first free client). Add or remove clients anytime - your bill adjusts automatically. Monthly plans are billed on your signup date each month. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months of service per client.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes! You can upgrade from monthly to annual billing anytime. We'll prorate your existing monthly payments. Switching from annual to monthly is available after your annual term completes.
What happens if I remove a client?
If you're on a monthly plan, your next bill will automatically reflect the reduced client count. For annual plans, the client slot remains active until the annual renewal date. You can archive clients without deleting them to preserve historical data.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No setup fees, no hidden charges. The prices you see are exactly what you pay. All features, unlimited storage, and team members are included at no extra cost.
